The scoring framework, weighted question structure, platform-specific calculations, and category benchmarking thresholds embedded in this tool constitute trade secrets protected under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. 1836 et seq.). Unauthorized disclosure, replication, or misappropriation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this tool for the sole purpose of evaluating your own film project. No other use is authorized. This license does not grant any ownership, resale, or sublicensing rights.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or use this tool, its scoring system, or its coaching content to build a competing product or service. You may not strip copyright notices, remove attribution, or republish any portion of the assessment outside of your own personal review.
We collect the information you submit including name, email, project type, budget range, delivery path, and project notes. This information is used to provide your assessment and may be used to send you related communications. We do not sell your data to third parties. Assessment answers are stored locally in your browser and may be submitted to our servers for support and analytics.
This assessment is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, technical, or distribution advice. Final acceptance decisions are determined solely by each distribution platform. The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INTV / The Inde Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this tool, including but not limited to lost profits, distribution rejections, delays, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
